We offer Bespoke Tuition, Tailored made to your needs, either in your salon, at our site, or with live classes online or with our pre-recorded videos. Courses can be conducted 1 to 1 or in a group.

About Joan O'Meara
Salon Education (formerly Allure Hair and Beauty College) was established by Joan O'Meara to meet the educational needs in business and management along with skills and trends in the hair and beauty industry.
Joan has an outstanding reputation in the world of Hairdressing and Business in Ireland and abroad. Selected as a leading female entrepreneur she has represented Offaly in the "Going for Growth" and "Continuing the Momentum" programmes with Enterprise Ireland.
Joan has also won the RSVP Leading Woman in Business award along with Best Training academy, Best business women, Best hair salon, Best retail award and many many more.
She originally established Allure Hair and Beauty Salon and College which she ran for 17 years and it became a multi awarding winning training academy and the first largest in Ireland in the industry.
Joan has previously shared the styling stage with the likes of Gok Wan, David Marshall and has styled celebrities such as Joni Harms, Cliona Hagan and Carmel Sheerin.
